# **Terms of Service**

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of this service (including this website; hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service”). These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

## **Agreement to the Terms**

By using the Service, users are deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms. Users who do not agree to these Terms may not use the Service.

If a user loses the right to use the Service for any reason, the user may no longer use any content provided by the Service.

## **Late Payment Charges**

Users who delay payment of monetary obligations to the Company shall pay late payment damages at an annual rate of 14.6%.

## **Advertisements**

The Company may display advertisements of the Company or third parties within the Service.

## **Prohibited Acts**

Users must not engage in the following acts:

* Acts that violate laws, court judgments, decisions, or administrative measures, or promote such violations
* Acts related to criminal activity
* Acts that infringe intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
* Acts that infringe privacy, reputation, portrait rights, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties
* Acts that place excessive load on servers or networks or disrupt their operation
* Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
* Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
* Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
* Unauthorized access to connected systems or tampering with stored information
* Copying, transmitting, transferring, lending, or modifying the Service or its software
* Selling, transferring, or lending accounts or content for compensation
* Commercial use of information obtained through the Service
* Gaining profit through unintended methods
* Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or business activities
* Collecting or storing personal information of other users
* Using the Service for illegal, improper, or unjust purposes
* Causing disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties
* Impersonating other users
* Using another user’s account
* Using the Service to meet strangers of the opposite sex
* Providing benefits to anti-social forces
* Acts contrary to public order and morals
* Using the Service while walking, driving, or in unsafe situations
* Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

## **Prohibition of Cash Conversion**

All content and virtual currency obtained through the Service may not be:

* Sold or purchased
* Transferred, lent, or borrowed for monetary or other compensation
* Used in any other manner deemed to constitute cash conversion

## **Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces**

Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not be:

* Organized crime groups, members thereof, or related entities
* Entities controlled or substantially involved with such groups
* Engaged in transactions using such groups for improper purposes
* Providing funds or benefits to such groups
* Otherwise having socially unacceptable relationships with such groups

Users also agree not to:

* Make violent or unreasonable demands
* Use threats or violence
* Spread false rumors or interfere with the Company’s business
* Engage in similar acts

## **Restrictions on Use**

The Company may, without prior notice, restrict or terminate a user’s access if:

* The user violates these Terms
* False information is found in registration
* The user fails to fulfill payment obligations
* The user does not respond to communications
* The Service has not been used for a long period
* The user is related to anti-social forces
* The Company deems the use inappropriate

The Company bears no responsibility for damages caused by such actions.

## **Suspension of Service**

The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service without notice if:

* Maintenance or updates are required
* Force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, outages, viruses) occurs
* System or network failures occur
* The Company deems provision difficult

The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from such suspension.

## **Disclaimer of Warranties**

The Company does not guarantee that the Service or its content is free of defects, bugs, or third-party rights infringement, nor does it guarantee safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

## **Limitation of Liability**

The Company is not liable for any damages suffered by users.
However, if applicable under consumer protection laws, the Company shall be liable only for direct and actual damages caused by its negligence (excluding gross negligence), and compensation shall be limited to the lower of:

* The user’s fees for the past one month, or
* JPY 10,000

## **Changes to the Service**

The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without notice.
If the Service ends, users lose all rights to paid content.
The Company bears no responsibility for damages arising from such changes.

## **Changes to the Terms**

The Company may modify these Terms at any time without notice.
Revised Terms take effect upon posting on the website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

## **Handling of Personal Information**

Personal information obtained through the Service shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

## **Notices and Communications**

Communications between users and the Company shall be conducted by methods specified by the Company.
Unless users submit changes, the registered contact information is deemed valid, and notices are considered received when sent.

## **Assignment of Rights and Obligations**

Users may not assign or transfer their contractual position, rights, or obligations without prior written consent of the Company.

## **Business Transfer**

If the Company transfers its business, it may transfer contractual status, rights, obligations, and user information to the transferee. Users are deemed to have consented in advance.

These Terms govern all relationships between users and the Company.
Additional rules may be established and shall form part of these Terms.
In case of conflict, such rules shall prevail.

## **Severability**

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

## **Governing Law and Jurisdiction**

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Company’s head office.
